A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement claim. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue visible in the same recording.

Claims without a proper unboxing video cannot be approved.

Not covered: installation mistakes, air bubbles, improper surface preparation, or damage caused during trimming or application.
